Korean Red Ginseng root is a high quality product which can be kept
for a long time by steaming and drying six-year old ginseng roots in
the sun.
≯.Usage&Dosage
Put Korean Red Ginseng roots, 10 grams of jujube(3pieces), and 3
grams of ginger (one piece)into a ceramic medicine pot (avoid a
mental pot, if possible)containing 1.5 liters of water and then
decoct them with a mild flame for about 2 hours until the volume of
liquid is reduced to 1/3 of the original. Since once decocted Korean
Red Ginseng roots still have effective ingredients, decoct them
3 times over again and mix them. Take them with an empty stomach
3 times(100ml-300ml/dosage) a day between meals.
In the summer, keep it in a refrigerator, and you can enjoy cooler
taste.
The remaining ginseng roots can be used for oral consumption.
